Resorts World Las Vegas makes Konami an Exclusive Casino System Management Partner
The luxury $4.3-billion integrated resort, Resorts World Las Vegas, is currently under development. The resort has selected Konami Gaming, a technology provider as its exclusive gaming system organization partner.
Set to open its doors in the summer of 2021, Resorts World Las Vegas will be featuring a 110,000-square-foot casino amongst several other facilities.
The resort’s partnership with Konami allows it to use the provider’s SYNKROS gaming technology system that will be helping the property “streamline, optimize and manage” its gambling operations by “changing meaningful info into doable information.”
Resorts World Las Vegas will now be the first casino property on the Strip to bind the full suite of tools that are available through SYNKROS and their enterprise software license.

The dynamic and comprehensive system will be providing the casino resort with all the essential marketing, communication, and tracking tools. These are all the tools that are designed in a manner aiming to enhance the player engagement via exclusive tailored incentive offerings.
Moreover, to assess and optimize the casino’s performance in real-time via visual analytics and detailed reports. Along with managing accounting, slot and table games operations.
Through this partnership, Resorts World Las Vegas and Konami will work to improve the player experience over a wide range of benefits. This includes cashless betting, mobile account management, and also loyalty bonus rewards.
Reinventing Hospitality Experience in Las Vegas
Commenting on their choice to team up with Konami, Scott Sibella, Resorts World Las Vegas President said that “reinventing hospitality experience in Las Vegas enhances our service measures and boost customer engagement over each touchpoint of the Resorts World Las Vegas experience. This also including gaming.”
Mr. Sibella also said that the application of the SYNKROS system enables them to contact their casino patrons in real-time and also to provide them with “the cutting-edge, modified gaming experience” on the Strip.
